A 4K video file, a video with a high frame rate or a high bit rate will usually cause videos to not play on your device. However, you can use the power of YouTube to adapt the video file that works 99.9%* of the time. Here are simple steps on how you do it: 1.  Upload your video to your YouTube account.  You do not have to make your video public. Simply publish your video as unlisted.
